St. Mark's, a large shopping district in Lincoln, briefed us to create a tactical end-to-end campaign comprising press, web, email and radio. The campaign had to promote the key retail brands and offers in order to encourage footfall and expenditure.
We decided to totally refresh the St. Mark's brand to appeal more to today's savvy shopper and to work harder at promoting St. Mark's retail mix. The creative focused on a seasonal shopping list scenario showing a range of products, services and offers ticked off the list, having all been found at St. Mark's. Despite being a difficult campaign to measure with its broad spectrum of brands, we have had some brilliant feedback from not only St. Mark's, but also from the retailers.
