Our brief was to develop a stand-alone identity, followed by an ongoing end-to-end campaign for one of Metropolitan Home Ownership’s (MHO) flagship housing developments. Due to the scheme’s property and tenure mix, the brand personality had to appeal to an extremely broad market, whilst reflecting the scheme’s environmental credentials. Because property has a prolonged sales cycle the concept had to have longevity, remaining fresh and adaptable to new promotions. So we created a brand that gave the client versatility and control by designing a template that could be easily adapted to the many forms of collateral used in property promotion. We designed all of Upton Square’s outdoor advertising and signage, an ongoing press advertising campaign, a website and a full suite of literature. Despite a difficult market, the campaign continues to generate footfall and interest from homebuyers.
