We've worked with E.ON since 1999 on a range of projects from fully integrated campaigns and literature to exhibitions and interior branding.












With a shortfall in engineers approaching, recruitment of the right people into this area is critical for E.ON. The brief was to design marketing collateral to advertise the apprentice courses to primarily 16 year-old school leavers. Our creative focused on the variety and adrenalin of these engineering roles, so it was important that the photography reflected this. We created headlines that teased our audience into reflecting on where their career might take them if they didn’t act now.
The campaign generated an unprecedented response with applications exceeding expected figures by almost 50% in the first three weeks. We also developed supporting workbooks and diaries for the new recruits.
