Cotford Hotel
We created a new visual identity for The Cotford Hotel along with a new website, photography and literature to bring the brand to life.








When the new owners took over The Cotford Hotel they wanted to create an experience that stood head and shoulders above local competition and introduce 'L'amuse-Bouche Restaurant' to give Malvern a taste of fine dining at affordable prices. To do this, the existing brand needed a complete change of direction and that's where we came in.
Using the Gothic Victorian theme of the hotel, we developed the brand to capture the friendly, warm atmosphere and refined quality of this family run business. We then applied it to all their marketing literature, produced a comprehensive photographic library and completely redeveloped the website.
From a very successful launch event to an ongoing press campaign, we’ve been involved every step of the way and now, business is booming. They've been promoted from a two star to a three star hotel by the AA, have also received a coveted Rosette Award for their restaurant and will be appearing in the Michelin Guide.
